CBT-i: DAY 2 – Understanding Causes & Symptoms of Insomnia

This is a non-drug treatment for patients suffering from primary insomnia. It consists of weekly psychotherapy using cognitive therapy, behavioral therapy, and sleep hygiene to correct faulty sleep habits and thoughts.
